Etihad, who prepared Abu Dhabi Black Gold Rice and with
Paolo Tarantino and
Simone Pinato of
Msc, who made a Millefoglie pastry pie with turbot and roasted red peppers, sour cream with ginger, vanilla potatoes and Cervia salt. Tuesday 21 featured the French chef
Michel Roth with silverside veal with stewed onions on tarte flambée and chef
Davide Oldani, with his homage to
Expo Milano 2015, Saffron and Rice alla milanese D'O Expo 2015. On Wednesday July 22, the youthful
Enrico Panero prepared Crunchy Farmhouse Eggs in raw and cooked vinaigrette, “challenging” Meret Bissegger’s vegetarian creation, Vegetable Trio. Ever nutritious and tasty, rice was back again on Thursday 23, exploited brilliantly by
Tony Mantuano in his Risotto with smoked maize and scallops and by
Daniel Canzian with his Exponential Rice. The week concluded extremely sweetly, thanks to
Ernst Knam, who presented his Terra, and the young pastry chef
Luca De Santi, who created a dessert with the interesting name “Oggi decido io”, or “I’m deciding today”.

If you want to take part in
The Cooking Show as a member of its studio audience, register at the Infopoint in front of the
Expo Center, from Monday to Saturday up until 14:30, and on Sunday up until 11:00. The live show takes place every day inside the
RAI studio in the
Expo Center, close to Pavilion Zero,
on Monday to Saturday from 15:30 to 16:30 and from 12 noon to 13:00 on Sundays.
