The international Italian soccer player, Giuseppe Rossi spent all of Sunday with his family in Expo Milano 2015. “There’s a fantastic atmosphere, I’m really enjoying myself!” he exclaimed. “Everyone I spoke to who’d been here were so enthusiastic, and now I see what they mean: it’s a really special place.” Referring to the main theme of Expo Milano 2015, during the press conference Giuseppe Rossi highlighted the importance of a balanced and healthy diet, emphasizing that “good dietary habits should be everyone’s goal, not only athlete's.” Asked about his favorite dishes, his preference for the Mediterranean diet was clear, including pasta, pizza and Florentine steak of course… “in honor of my soccer team!”

Discovering Expo Milano 2015’s Pavilions

The American-born soccer player took his family to see various Pavilions in the Universal Exposition site, including Palazzo Italia, Pavilion Zero and the USA Pavilion. He paid special attention to the Save the Children Pavilion, before also visiting the Pavilions of Spain, Austria and South Korea.
